Firstly, print a design utilizing a sublimation printer that applies special sublimation ink on specialized transfer paper. Once completed, apply high temperatures and pressure to the design, transferring the ink permanently onto surfaces equipped with a coating capable of absorbing it, such as polyester or coated ceramic mugs.

What kind of printing is suitable for PP wheat straw mugs, plastic sports water bottles, and silicone folding cups? The dye sub-printing procedure calls for heat. Approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit, give or take a couple of degrees, of heat. Plastic products cannot be sublimated. Special attention should be paid to the selection of ink for silk screen printing and pad printing.Plastic materials can vary extensively and we have general application inks for plastics as well as specialized ones.

What format of image file do I need to provide for printing a logo?
Please send us the picture or logo in vector format, including pdf, ai, cdr, eps, etc. If there are only jpeg, png, bmp and other image files, our designers will handle it and confirm with you.
Can I print 360 degrees on the water bottle?
There are a few different ways to print a logo on a water bottle. The techniques you can use will depend on the personal preferences of your partner company, the material of the bottle, and the type of water bottle you want to brand.
Are there any images I can’t use in my bottle design?
You cannot place a copyrighted or licensed image in your bottle artwork.If you cannot provide proof of copyright, we will not accept these orders
Can you print metallic or neon colors?
We automatically convert colors to their CMYK equivalent value for printing. Metallics and neon colors will not translate when printed unfortunately.
